Are These a nice taste

Lots of reviews on how nice these taste etc but does anyone know if they actually do what they say? Thanks

Not an easy question to answer really. I'm not medically trained but a lack of vitamin D makes you tired during the winter from lack of sunshine. I suspect they work if you feel better after taking them for a while. I just take them as a booster. If you think you are struggling with low Vitamin D (many people do) then I think you need a blood test to check what your levels are. I doubt this supplement would solve a severe shortage of Vitamin D. My wife had a vitamin D problem and that needed a supplement 20x higher (7 days @1 per day, 7 days @1 every other day then 2 weeks @1 per week). We both take these gummies as a supplement to maintain levels rather than resolving a shortage. If you have concerns I would seek medical help to decide what is needed.
