Felt the difference after a few days of use. Reduce tiredness. I even stopped having headaches. Yes, they look giant in comparison with any other supplements, but I didn't find them impossible to swallow. Yes, they have a very strong smell which is not amazing, but why does it matter if you buy them to feel better? Five stars. Will buy again. One important thing - do not take them without food. I did once and had nausea for next few hours. It won't happen if you follow the instructions.

A good quality all round supplement. Tablets are very large and not easy to swallow. Also, makes your wee fluorescent yellow!

I know it's the best brand but why do they have to make the tablets so big?! Just make two smaller ones for a daily dose!

I read a lot of the reviews on Amazon before purchasing this supplement and the most common complaint was the size and smell. Which, upon first opening the bottle, I could understand. However, despite my usual dislike of swallowing such large pills (let alone three of them daily!), I soon adjusted and now don't even think of it. Along with the size, you also soon get used to the fluorescent urine. I can't say that I've necessarily felt more energised, however, I do feel at least that I'm getting all the vitamins and minerals I need, my system's been running smoothly and I've noticed I've ceased my overeating and that my appetite has leveled. I reordered these and would recommend!

The supplements are good, and the high price was acceptable, but huge size of the tablets, and the fact that they are chalky, makes them impossible to swallow. I even cut them into smaller pieces and they still stuck in my throat. They taste horrible so crushing and mix8ng with a liquid didn't work either. A waste of a lot of money.

Very good vitamins, bought my 3rd pack, but taking 2 a day. Also worth mentioning that initially I thought that they changed the composition as vitamin D was no longer listed and I was taking additional supplements. Turns out the list of vitamins and minerals continues under the sticker (they didn’t make it too obvious).

Well. I've only been taking these tablets a week. But they are awesome. I had been feeling really drained and tired as my work can be rather demanding .I would constantly wish I could I'd grab a power nap. Four days into taking these I noticed I wasn't feeling bone tired anymore .now I feel basically back to my normal zesty self. I've been taking one after breakfast, one after lunch and one after dinner. Yes they do stink, your pee does become rather bright yellow ,but im increasing my water consumption ,hopefully this will sort that out and yes they do look like horse pills, But the benefits definitely out way these little niggles. I will definitely be recommending these little bad boys to all my friends.

These multivitamins are great, excellent quality as any other product I've tried from this brand. I guess it's mostly my fault for not reading the nutritional facts carefully, but these vitamins have an insane amount of complex B, way too much than the daily intake recommended. That triggered a lot of acne that took like 4 months to stop completely after I quit the vitamins. I gave the remaining vitamins to a friend who has zero acne issues, and she loved it.

Highest quality with best efficacy. Highly recommended. Company is really good .
