Pregnacare Original Formula Tablets During Pregnancy Support Vitamins and Supplements, 90 Tablets (Pack of 1)

This vitamins have everything you need in them but they do not contain excessive amounts. The tablets are quite big which isn’t an issue for me but could be for some women.

Good price for the amount and easy to take as they don't have a nasty taste. The tablets are big but easy to swallow still.

Used these during pregnancy and stopped experiencing any hair fall out with this compared to pre-pregnancy. An absolute must in pregnancy and good value for how much you get.

I started taking these back in 2016 when i discovered I was pregnant with my first daughter, I was happy taking them although I did noticed they really increased my nausea which was absolutely awful 24/7 throughout the whole pregnancy however I had a healthy little girl the weight 9pounds 1oz.. Then again in 2017 took these during my second pregnancy and found they increased my nausea again but did have a healthy baby weighing 7pounds 8oz. I am now taking them in 2020/21 as I find these are incredibly good and growing long, strong healthy nails and hair. Since the birth of my second child my nails have been very weak and I've not been able to grown them. Even whilst taking Holland and Barrett SKIN, HAIR AND NAILS multivitamin which just cause me breakout and oily skin. 2 weeks of taking these and I'm already seeing a difference in the strength, length and overall nail health. Also my chronic fatigue is bearable whilst taking these. YES I WOULD RECOMMEND these to expectant mothers, I took them in both my pregnancies and would again if i was expecting as I'm sure they contributed positively to 2 healthy full term pregnancy. If you are struggling with nausea be aware these can make that worse so maybe take them before bed so you don't feel to bad during the day. The expiry date on the one I received were fine, I genuinely believe a lot of people are mistaking the production date for the expire date as both dates are on the all the individual sachets. Used these throughout my pregnancy so can't comment of the effect compared to not being in them howver, all my bloods have come back great with no deficiencies. Great price too compared to other brands.
