My chiropractor suggested I use this for my hip and knee problems. In addition to the specific exercises, this product was amazing. Pain literally disappeared within a 24-48 period and as I kept taking them, there was no pain at all. Mind you, it’s not a pain killer —Magnesium Glycinate (or bisglycinate) is a form of the mineral magnesium that is bound to the amino acid glycine. This combination improves absorption and makes it gentler on the stomach compared with many other magnesium supplements. I am no doctor and I do believe in my chiropractor because he said it is also essential for muscles, nerves, heart health, sleep, and energy production —which is what I was also seeking. Experts say, many people don’t get enough magnesium from diet alone, so supplements help fill that gap. Hey hope this helps for anyone who feel they need more magnesium and this product works! A quick Internet search will tell you all you need to know about what these pills do and how to use them for more than one reason or self treatment. I halve them with a pill cutter and take a dose every four hours. The results aren't astounding but there is some effect to mood and the calming of. These form a small but not insignificant part of a daily regime that compliments an active lifestyle of the retired. At nearly 70 years of age, I plan to keep up exercises and any other physical activity that keeps me in a healthspan that will go on for a few more decades rather than a lifespan which might include seeing out my remaining years being shunted around by well meaning folk with better things to do. Health is a personal responsibility and we owe it to our future selves to get it as right as we can with what we have. For the amount and effect, these are dirt cheap and I would advise any with difficulty swallowing these to invest in a pill cutter (Available on Amazon.com) and get the ball rolling on your future health. It's a great product at a good price. I was mildly frustrated with the wasteful bottle size though. Originally I bought a 60-pack a couple of times and the bottle had LOTS of empty space in it. I decided to buy 180 tablets, imagining that the bottle would be full this time. Bizarrely this was not the case, as I just received an even more massive bottle which was more than half empty (picture attached). I'm sure all the tablets are in there, but I don't understand why they are shipping the product with such massive and wastefully-sized bottles. Sort it out, guys!

I was looking for magnesium to purchase as it is one of the most important minerals to take while you are working out. I am glad I found this new form of magnesium called Magnesium Bisglycinate. There are many other forms like magnesium citrate, magnesium sulphate, magnesium chloride, magnesium ascorbate, and many others. I chose bisglycinate because it states it's more effective form than others so I gave it a go. It's easy to swallow (although some say it is not 'cos it is not that small tablets), it hasn't caused any unpleasant side effects and it seems to be doing a good job! By the way,my wife drinks it from eye/eyelid twitches.

I use quite a few of Bulk's supplements but their magnesium bisglycinate is long time staple. It's the best form of Mg for absorption and helps with many things. However, I've just received a price increase on my subscription of £4 (almost 27%) and have had to cancel, unfortunately. It's cheaper to order directly from them. Also, the pills these days are a little too big and difficult to swallow.

I have used many different brands and types of magnesium before. They all had the same unpleasant effect of making my stools very loose. Therefore, the magnesium wasn't absorbing as it should and mearly pulled water into the gut. Not an ideal situation if you want to be able to leave the house. Magnesium Bisglycinate does not have this problem as it absorbs properly. I have been using this form of magnesium for two months now and I am extremely pleased with the results. It hasn't caused any of the unpleasant side effects which I've experienced with other types. The most notable benefits are: no more muscle cramps after heavy workouts (I tend to get bad cramps in my hamstrings), neck tension from sitting at a desk for long periods is much less pronounced, faster recovery from workouts and not as much doms, generaly feeling more relaxed, skin seems better and my excema is less prone to flare up. I'm sure there are a myriad of other health benefits from taking supplemental magnesium. We tend not to get enough through our diets as modern farming techniques deplete the soils of minerals making it difficult to get optimal levels of these important nutrients. I do take quite a lot of supplements but if I were to cut them down to only a couple, this would definately be one I would keep as I can see and feel the benefits and am certain this is not a placebo effect.

My only complaint is the packaging. I have just tipped a brand new 180 tablet metal container into a previously purchased 60 tablet metal container, and as demonstrated in the photo, they all fit. The size of packaging for the amount of product is so wasteful, more sustainable packaging is definitely needed.

Buon prodotto mi ha aiutato tanto per i crampi muscolari di cui soffrivo molto durante gli allenamenti e post fatto bene, non da fastidio alla deglutizione e non causa fastidi intestinali come altri tipi di magnesio

Credo sia un buon prodotto perché da un po' di tempo sto benissimo.

Descanso mejor, más relajada y duermo más profundo. Me parece que la relación calidad precio está muy bien.
