At just over 3.5kg, it’s not the easiest thing to carry back and forth in a gym bag, especially on foot. That said, the weight is also a sign of its quality, and if you’re using it in a home gym setup, that’s not an issue at all. Since buying it, this bar has been a fantastic addition to my workouts, opening up a wide variety of new exercises and making my sessions much more versatile. Over time, it’s proven well worth the money. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a durable, professional-quality attachment to enhance their cable workouts.
