Amazing that so much of cannoised Bible is in the Apocrypha....
Find this very useful as addition to basic king James 1611 bible. I have said before and say again; there needs to be a moratorium throughout the entire church world and a re-examination of the Apocrypha so the modern generation of Christians can make up our own minds as to whether the Apocrypha should be included in the Canonized Bible or not. I have found booklet illuminating and awesome addition to the Holy Bible and it is highly highly recommended to Christians who are still asking questions of why the church is still celebrating pagan practices and ignoring God ordained celebrations of Exodus and Duet. Only cons are that the writting is a little small but readable and there are more Bible works that could be included e.g. Psuedpigrapha etc. Recomended product. I.U.I.C.

Eye-opener. Shows that the Gentiles in the NT were actually scattered Hellenized Israelites.
Wow. Ever wondered why, with the Bible that we have today, the Old Testament ends with the Persian-Medes captivity in the Book of Malachi, then jumps two hundred odd years forward to the time of the Roman Empire? The Apocrypha is the answer. What were the Israelites doing during those 200 years? This is missing history that has been manipulatively pulled out of modern day Bibles. For those who don’t know, the Apocrypha was originally part of the 1611 KJV Bible, but later removed due to what it contains. Those mission 200 years between the OT and NT is the Greek Hellenism period of the Greek Empire, which came before Rome. The Books of Maccabees in the Apocrypha chronicle this history, showing how, under the Greek king Antiochus Epiphanes, the Israelites were forced to give up all their laws and start calling themselves Greeks and Gentiles. They became Hellenized. These were the Gentiles / Greeks that the Apostle Paul was sent to graft back in to the olive branch: Jeremiah 11:16-17 and Romans 11. After all, if you read 1 Cor 10, the Corinthians are being reminded about their history with Moses. How can these be Greeks that Paul is talking to? It was only the children of Israel who have that history. Further study will show you that in the original Greek text, the word used for the Gentiles that Paul wrote to is ‘Hellen,’ which is where the world Hellenist comes from. There are many other excellent historical texts in the Apocrypha, and is essential for anyone who wants to know the truth of the Bible. Do your research, people.

Excellent book. Font size is smaller than expected. A bigger font size would have been better to read. All Apocrypha books included. Safe and quick delivery. Value for money.

I have 1611 KJV with Apocrypha, but it is that old print(v ->u, j->i etc)in tiny font, so was looking for a contemporary typeface. Found it also to be a helpful UNABRIDGED version,i.e. includes all sections RSV has cut out. Hardcover, but is handful&light-weight.
