I started taking this choline supplement in pregnancy . The capsules are bit big and you would need 2-3 per day to get your recommended intake. Overall, it’s a solid supplement.

I've been using this product for over a year as I have NAFD and I read somewhere that Choline supports the liver. A year later, I can say that there's much improvement in my test results. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who suffers from liver issues.

I don't really know whether I need these but as a vegetarian, I don't eat choline so must need them, and don't feel any worse, even think they are doing some good, just had my yearly blood test excellent results, so will keep taking these.

I like this. It helps with my energy levels and I seem to feel generally better taking it. I take 3 a day.

Great quality. I like that is low in mg. 350 is a little too much for me but it does help me focus and clears my mind. It does not help memory recall, it just brings clarity. lifts brain fog. I'm sensitive to the cholines but this one is effective when I want to come across clearly. Great quality feel to stay focused when doing an activity being work or being active. and then do another pill after after a few hours to stay on task while doing activity (not so great for memorizing for me at all as I tend to read a lot and this does not help to see what I just read). I tried some other brand at 650 mg and it was not even half the potency of this one, and my brain got tangled up because of those companies' low quality. I'll stick with this one when I need mind clarity.

I have used this product only for 2 days, 1 cap per day and i think this will not suit me as it increased my anxiety levels, other side effects i noticed confusion, restlessness and low confidence, so far i hav stopped it, might be these side effects are temporary and with regular use my body will adopt it but not sure..
