Good brand and helps but dropped a star for short expiry date
UPDATE: WATCH THE DATES IF BUYING IN BULK. Latest tablets sent had a best before date of 20 June 2026. Not brilliant as I have some others with a longer date on already opened. I usually take one capsule daily and there are 50 in bottle. WHy the short shelf life? Glas I didn't buy in bulk. Supports me and they work well. Solgar are a good brand and these appear to be consistant quality.

good addition to your health plan.. only gripe is too much extra plastic packaging around the bottle.. i care about our planet and i feel sick to think where will this plastic outer layer end up in an ocean somewhere?? please remove this layer of plastic so I can enjoy buying more bottles without feeling guilty ..

These work
I have been taking this supplement for 6 + months, i can say 100% for removing/cleaning fat from liver they work, i was diagnosed with NAFLD after taking this combination my liver tests showed no fat deposits. I can say for me they didnt give weight loss or improved mentally ability, but for cleansing liver they work.

Este productos es buenísimo para las que sufrimos SOP, las que lo sufrimos sabemos los cambios de humor incontrolables en especial el coraje o la ira, o los incómodos bellos duros que salen en la zona de la cara, para mí es de gran ayuda para controlar todo este desequilibrio, duermo mejor y no estoy todo el día de mal humor, y después ello facial fuerte pues eso es historia 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
