Bought this after searching through Amazon at a range of baby ink print kits and clay print kits. After reading the reviews I settled on this one as the final product looked great and I was impressed by the price.The instructions are clear to follow, we used a rolling pin as you would to spread out pastry to spread the clay evenly to fill the space which worked perfectly. I'd definitely agree with others and do this while your baby is asleep as it's easier to get a decent hand print. We had to redo the handprint and had no problems rerolling over the clay. This was because we didn't push hard enough the first time around.A lot of people have said that it should have a glass insert but the plastic works perfectly as our clay is not completely flat so wouldn't fit if the plastic didn't have a bit of give in it.I'm going to buy another as a baby shower gift as the packaging is beautiful too.

I ordered this item with Amazon prime on a Saturday afternoon and it arrived the following day.I really liked the print kit, so much so that I have ordered another for my friend that decided to buy one after I'd shown it to her.The frame looks lovely quality and the illustrations are very cute. The instructions seem really easy to follow as well.I liked the fact that the cover is shatterproof acrylic glass to avoid any breakages if this is in a babys room. You can also tighten the screws that hold the backboard in if they are a bit loose which is a nice touch.I can't comment on the actual print-making process as I'd purchased this as a gift for my brother and his girlfriend so it hasn't been used yet as their baby is newborn.The only problem I had was that it doesn't come in a separate box to the delivery box, only wrapped in separate bubble wrap. It would have been nice to have been able to gift wrap it in its own box, but I just wrapped it around the bubble wrap instead.Overall I am very happy with this, It's a lovely gift and I would order again.

Always good results with this brand of print kit - and we've literally bought about a dozen different ones. The clay can truly capture the tiny details like fingerprints and lines, if you jam the hand or foot in nicely. I once used a kit from Mothercare and the clay was like chewing gum - you could only make a hollow impression, with little detail. You can also mash it back up if you've gone wrong, about twice. It's easy to get a smooth surface just by patting it with a hand. If it is starting to dry out, you can use a bit of Vaseline to "moisten" it. I sometimes do it when writing details like name and date with the tip of a knife, and as it takes a while, the clay does start to dry. The overall fit and finish of all the frame components speaks quality, so it's a great gift giveaway.

Great product however would definitely recommend using a rolling pin to get the clay even before trying to print, unfortunately I had to make do with the back of the spoon but this made the surface slightly uneven which upon drying made the clay crack, regardless of the tiny crack my LO prints came out perfect and I’m still overall happy with the purchase, great little momentum.

I gave this as a gift to a friend who recently had a baby. They absolutely loved it!They said it was well packaged and came with detailed instructions.They loved it so much they sent a few pictures to me showing what’s inside.I truly recommend this as a gift to anyone who has a baby who knows someone who has had a baby.

This product is very very high quality! The packaging is clean and perfect. The frame is beautiful and the clay is very easy to mould to create your perfect imprint.I must say it is on the par with a baby frame I bought at double the price when my first daughter was born.

I bought as a gift so I’m not sure how good or easy it is to make. The only thing I’d add was it would be good if there was a picture of how it’s supposed to look on the box. My friend was kind of confused when she opened the box then I had to explain.

I bought this for a friend who's just had her baby. She was thrilled with it. It came in a gift box and the frame is a good size. It felt like I was giving a special keepsake. I don't think she has used it yet so cannot comment. But I will say that it is the perfect gift to give. Very pleased.
