Incredible value for a Proven Body & Brain Boost
Edit: I’ve seen some concerns about this product being made in China, and that’s completely fair. The reality is that the vast majority of the world’s creatine is produced in China, using Chinese raw materials, before being tested and packaged by brands elsewhere. What matters is the quality control and purity testing, and Bulk scores very highly on that front. If you specifically want creatine that is not made in China, you’ll need to look for Creapure, which is produced exclusively in Germany under strict standards. Almost every premium brand offers it, including Bulk themselves. It's the only way to guarantee German-made creatine. ___________________ I’m genuinely baffled that I’ve only recently started taking creatine. It has literally decades of scientific proof backing its benefits for physical performance, and more recently, for cognitive function too. This firmly moves creatine out of the "athletes and bodybuilders only" category; you don't even need to be working out to see the brain benefits. For £26.49 for a 1kg bag, this is easily one of the cheapest, highest-impact supplements you can get. At a 5g daily dose, that's just 13p a day. Bulk offers a no-nonsense, high-quality micronised creatine that is simply unbeatable value. Because this version is micronised, the powder is fine and mixes effortlessly. I throw it in everything from meal shakes to tea or plain water. Even when I'm lazy, I can just add 5g to a glass, give it a quick swish, and drink it down. You get a fleeting salty taste on the tongue, but otherwise, it's completely flavourless. Like many people, I take a variety of supplements, so it’s hard to pinpoint the specific effects of one ingredient. But honestly, creatine is one of the few where you can simply trust the data. It's cheap, the quality from Bulk is high, the science is undeniable, and the brand is reputable. Overall, this is an absolute no-brainer. 5 stars.

Decent value and quality
Decent price (creatine isn't generally expensive, but it's still a good value pack). Product is 100% creatine monohydrate and is a fine grade. Although it will quickly settle at the bottom of a glass of water, as is typical, a quick stir gets it circulating again. Good packaging, it seals back up flawlessly. If you have a tub however, to store it in, that can be useful, as because the powder is so fine, it can stick to your fingers when you rummage for the scoop (or you could just store the scoop separately, outside of the pack). I went for unflavored, just ensures pure monohydrate, as opposed to any artificial flavourings or sweetners being added. The pack should last for around three months, especially if you just go for gradual saturation, as opposed to a quick load, so as mentioned, works out as a low cost supplement. Just remember, over 20% of people are non responsive to creatine, so there will be some folks who little or no benefit, but at least it's not a particular financial hit, at the pricing. Would purchase again.

Pure creatine that does what it should
I picked up the 100g pouch of Bulk Creatine Monohydrate as a test run before committing to a larger bag, and I’ve been genuinely impressed by the quality of the product. First things first - this is pure, unflavoured (no weird taste!), and no nonsense. The powder itself is fine and mixes reasonably well, (though like most it doesn’t dissolve completely in cold water - so just be aware of that). I’ve found it blends best with a quick stir in warm water, coffee, or mixed into a protein shake. You do get a bit of that classic ‘chalky’ residue at the bottom of the glass if you go down this route, so I tend to add a touch more in if I’m mixing with water to make sure I get the full 5g. In terms of the effectiveness of creatine - I’m a convert. After a couple of weeks of consistent use, I noticed the promised strength and recovery benefits - heavier lifts feel a touch easier, and post-workout fatigue has eased slightly. For me, that’s the sign it’s doing its job. The packaging isn’t quite as good as the product inside. During transit the powder made its way up and in between the strips. I was worried this wouldn’t do a good job of keeping moisture out, so I ended up decanting into another sealable container. Overall, I’d say it’s a good buy. The price per serving is still very competitive even though this bag is a smaller size, and the powder is a good quality.

great value for creatine. i had no side effects from taking this. you just take 2 scoops and it has a grainy texture but once you dissolve it in water theres no taste or texture . no effect on sleep quality or anything.

The Foundation of Strength: Pure, Perfect, and Unbeatable Value!
Why I Choose Bulk Creatine: Creatine Monohydrate is the most researched and effective supplement for increasing strength, power, and muscle volume—it's a non-negotiable part of my training stack. I choose the Bulk brand because they deliver a consistently pure, high-quality product in a massive, economical size, allowing for sustained, daily use without breaking the bank. The Game-Changing Benefits (The Pros): 100% Pure Creatine Monohydrate: This is the most effective form of Creatine, and Bulk delivers it without any added fillers, flavourings, or unnecessary ingredients. You get exactly what your muscles need for saturation. Flawless Micronisation: The powder is micronised to an incredibly fine texture. This is crucial because it ensures perfect solubility—it mixes instantly into water, juice, or my protein shake with just a quick stir or shake. There is absolutely no grittiness, clumping, or undissolved residue at the bottom of the glass. Exceptional Value (500g): The 500g tub offers hundreds of servings, making the price per gram unbelievably low. This is the most cost-effective way to ensure continuous daily supplementation, which is key for maximizing strength gains. Proven Performance: With consistent daily use (no need to cycle), I experience the expected benefits: noticeable increases in lifting capacity (more reps at heavy weights), improved anaerobic endurance, and a fuller, more hydrated look to the muscles. Tips for Best Use: Mix one serving (usually 3g-5g) into a post-workout shake or a glass of water/juice once per day, every day, to maintain muscle saturation. Final Verdict: The Bulk Creatine Monohydrate Powder is a foundational supplement that delivers on every promise. It is pure, mixes perfectly, and offers unbeatable value for long-term strength and power development. If you are serious about performance, this is the most reliable and highest-quality source available. A non-negotiable, 5-star essential for any gym-goer.

Easy to dissolve. Great cognitive benefits
As someone who lifts heavy 4-5 times a week I started creatine 9 months ago. I am assuming my 'second newbie gains' are down to Creatine. For example, I am a female and natty lifter... took me 3ish months to feel comfortable on creatine as I retain water and this (but it could be psychological and I was just easting more) I went from 60kg hip tbrust to 2 weeks weeks ago up to 120kg. Helped me get through plateau on Babrbell back squats going from 40kg to 70kg (doesn't sound a lot but I was hovering around 40kg for way too long) and my lat pulls downs went from 45kg to now 5 sets of 5 reps at 77kg. Although, strength gains have now plateaued, the cognitive benefits - especially memory have sharpened. Thinking is 'clearer' but like all things, I was observed by scientists. I prefer powder as creatine in pill or capsules I struggle to swallow. Easy to dissolve and last ages. Great value for money.

Nice taste but doesn't dissolve well
It tastes ok and I've noticed good effects but I always end up with a fair amount of powder at the bottom and it is quite a subtle taste.
