Was taking 3 tablets per day one hour before sleep. I struggle with restless legs and it takes me a long time to get to sleep. These helped me rest and sleep better! I realised this when I ran out... after 2 days of not taking them, mt restless legs returned. Cant say for sure, but I convinced these have helped

ZMA - a simple thing that does do what it's supposed to do which is give your testosterone a bit of a lift with a little help from some zinc. Good for colds too. The irritating thing of course is that its sold as if some magical elixir with a price to go with it when in fact it probably cost pennies to knock up. So, I buy from the likes of Amazon focusing on price for the product (including delivery which even on Prime can be a hidden cost with 3rd party) and this time I bought this stuff. Which is the same as the ZMA sold by just about everyone else. I've been using it for years and as 50 year old gym user I'd like to think I'm still in reasonable shape. Certainly I'm lifting and repping more than many half my age. Part of that of course is that I try and always have - I'm not a mobile phone surfer in the gym for sure - but also I try and eat well and use the odd supplement of which I find ZMA is effective. When working offshore I've once in a while run out of it and after a few days I do feel my general gym performance is lower. That may be psychological but there is good evidence to say that zinc and magnesium together do increase testosterone a bit. The other side effect is that even at my advanced age the combination of gym and keeping up a level of testosterone helps things remain 'perky.' I'll take that as an add on win. So this is good value ZMA. When I need to buy some more I'll check out the price to see if it remains competitive.

I've been recommending ZMA supplementation for many years. Yet because ZMA is just a mineral supplement—and other supplements like creatine and NO-boosters seem to promise more..people walk away .. This is the original 450mg magnesium (chelate) 30mg zinc Aspartate 10.5mg Vitamin B12 Which is the patented version and the ratio which increased testosterone by 33% in a large group of American football players who were divided into three camps given this, the same tabs with flour in them (placebo group) and nothing (control) and after 30 days they had an average of 33% increases in testosterone! You know this stuff is deep due to the vividness of the dreams you get. Also ive researched the whole of Amazon UK and saved you the trouble, this is the only proper dosed ZMA which is reasonably priced - its the best value ZMA with the original SNAC SYSTEMS RATIO and they pay a royalty and mention snac systems (the people who invented this) so there it is buy it, and to the seller if you get a huge influx of orders, send me a few tubs because I obviously said it better than you did!!!

I have very bad reactions to sulphate(due to MTHFR gene mutation) of any kind in foods or supplements, I recently stayed feeling ill, kidney pain, paranoia and very intolerant with my wife and kids. I checked the zma as it started since then, and for some reason they’ve changed the usual “zinc mono-L-methionine” to “Zinc mono-L-methionine sulphate”. I have no idea why they would do this and infact I thought zma was trademarked so they couldn’t change the formula, guess I was wrong. I also noticed on the allergens, the old one said none. The new one says may contain soya, sulphites and all sorts of weird stuff. Btw, I have been taking ZMA every single night for nearly 20 years and I have never had a problem with it until now, I’ve also been buying from bulkpowders for at least 5 of them years, but no longer. Shame, they’ve lost a loyal customer.

I was recommended these by a friend to help with sleep. I have had trouble sleeping for many years. After taking these for a few days I am now sleeping much better, still wake most nights but get off to sleep again quickly rather than being awake for hours! No drowsiness during the day. My husband has also found they help with aching joints due to an old knee injury. Have these on repeat order. Highly recommend.

Slight smell and the capsules do not have the best form of magnesium for sleep, probably choose a different one
