Guys when you first switched it on how long did it take for the ready light to go off to say it was hot enough? its been 20 minutes!

The light does not go off you can see the yellow/ green light come on it takes around 3 minutes then you are good to go ,if yours is not hot after 20 mins I woukd say it's broke
