Amazing auto track camera with 24/7 recording to nvr without battery charging - great support!
Highly recommend nvr and trackmix cameras. REOlink support is great! They answered all of my pre-sales tech questions (as I wanted poe cameras on their own network directly wired back to the nvr vs flooding wifi) and also wanted to learn more about which camera would be best (they have a lot of options).Things to note:1. My setup is 5 trackmix cameras, doorbell, network switch, and nvr recording 24/7.2. The trackmix was best for my use everywhere honestly. It can get a very wide shot but can then track with auto zoom on a subject.3. On initial setup you will see a lot of phone alerts. This is ok. The first thing to do is remove on each camera the push notifications for "any motion". It was going off all the time when it rained or snow. This helped fix the issue.4. You will need to dial down each camera sensitivity until you feel the phone alerts are correct. This will include dialing back person, vehicle, or animal settings. I was able to do this each day until I was not being phone spammed.5. My night videos of people walking in the driveway were blurry. I worked with support and they had me change on each camera the Frame Rate Mode to Constant. This provided a clear video of people walking where I could make out their faces.6. I also bumped up the bit rate to the max on each camera. Since I'm using the nvr and its hard wired, it was ok to increase the bandwidth - after all the point of the cameras are to work well at night and be able to make out any of events clearly.7. Dont get alarmed if you look at playback and it doesnt look good. You need to switch to clear mode.8. Doorbell has worked well and wired this up to existing doorbell wiring without a problem. They have a plug chime that comes with this where you can change the chime ring tones. One note, plug this into the wall during initial setup as I believe it has to be setup this way first then you can unplug and wire it to existing door wiring for power.Hope this helps, but highly recommend the REOlink system! I wanted to share screenshots but Amazon kicked back my first review I tried to post so maybe there is something personal on the screenshots I grabbed that they saw or didnt feel were appropriate.

Fantastic camera
This is a great camera. The day and night video quality is fantastic. The simultaneous wide angle and zoom feeds work well. I have four of these installed. I am amazed as to how well the tracking modes work. I am mostly using the digital tracking mode to save on the wear caused by excessive ptz movement. The digital tracking mode covers the areas I need tracking coverage in.

Not fully compatible with BlueIris, but the TrackMix AI based object tracking is superb!
The PRO's upfront are it's cheap, and you get a nice autotracking PTZ camera. Low-light sensitivity is pretty good, not amazing, but pretty good and noticably compared to other cameras that do 0.001 lux, this camera has fairly LOW NOISE in the nighttime images which leads to more compressible data and less NVR storage. The auto tracking PTZ feature can be set to track first digitally or first by camera movement. I chose to track object first digitally to reduce some wear/tear on the PTZ motors and gears. I have had several other PTZ cameras fail to do worn out gears internally. The auto tracking for objects like cars, people and animals is very polished in this device. For the price, even with the cons I am very satisified already. The spotlight can be set to be off all the time, or you can have it trigger based on object motion detection, so it will beat your typical PIR/flood light detection system. The CON's:1) In BlueIris you can get 1-way audio, but you can't get 2-way audio. You have to use the ReoLink app and be liveview connected for it to work. The setup of the camera must initially be done via ReoLink app so you will need to use it anyway, and you will need the PC desktop app to manage all camera settings to make it work at all with a 3rd party NVR like BlueIris.2) (update) The PTZ position presets DO WORK! You have to set the positions using the Reolink PC app, and the trick to making the PTZ controls work in BlueIris is to use the "PELCO-D" protocol for PTZ control and NOT the ONVIF(OXML) or Reolink ONVIF protocols. Use Pelco-D and you will get full PTZ controls, this lets you define autopatrol schedules based on time of day, etc.3) Many of the features they list aren't present in the H265 video stream received by BlueIris. The motion detection, highlighting of objects, etc. all appear to be functions done inside the ReoLink app itself and not the camera. ONVIF triggering appears to be broken. I have cameras that are 5 years older that have better ONVIF support.4) The camera has a single mount option that is appropriate for mounting only to a vertical surface. I had to grab a block of wood and make an adapter of sorts to attach this to a drop down mount under the eave of my roof where my previous AMCrest camera was located. It is advantageous to have it mount farther away at the corner of the roof to allow the PTZ camera to cover a wider FOV.I would give this camera 5 stars if the BlueIris 2-way audio was working and if the PTZ preset locations would work via normal ONVIF camera functions.

Good tracking ptz camera
Very nicely featured camera, motion detection and push notifications, auto-tracking keeps movement in view, the zoom lens is great for those closer views with clarity, overall a great value for a nice camera. Have one so far, have plans to buy another.
