Useful dish
Was smaller than I expected but my husband was happy with it as part of his Christmas present!

VERY BAD QUALITY
Plse plse do not buy this product. 1st review someone has put the picture with food. Plse don't fall into all these things. When I started cooking, got a crack and its broken. Its a waste of money . I want to give '0' to this product. So expensive and small. PLEASE DO NOT BUY.

A lot smaller than it seems!
It's a lovely pot but so much smaller than I'd imagined! And yes, I did see the size mentioned, I even took a measuring tape to see what that looks like. However, I think they gave the outside dimensions, not the inside ones. It's TINY!!!

Natural Terracotta Dish, Small and Charming
I have a collection of single portion containers and this has become a favourite for microwave, halogen oven and freezer use. It's a lovely colour and easy to clean Although small I have found it ideal for single portions such as chops, cutlets and chicken thighs as well as other casserole dishes, a deeper one would be better for one pot meals. Being shallow, liquids can boil over, but on a low heat the lid will allow steam to drip back into the base. The sizing given in the description is a little confusing so armed with a tape measure and jug, I hope the following will be helpful. Overall height including lid 10 cm Overall width including handles 18 cm Diameter 15 cm Internal depth of base 4 cm Capacity 0.5 l (500 ml, 1 pt)

Cracked
Used once, heated it gradually over 30 minutes. Cracked. Enough said. Oh, and it has also doubled in price. DON'T BUY.
