I bought these gel packs to cool my leg, which was infected, it worked a treat. I have since used them as a heat pad as well and they are just as effective. Good quality and good heat retention. There was three in a pack & were just the right size for me, so they were excellent value for money too.

Used it while dealing with soft tissue knee injury to cool it down. Worked well, decent size, good quality. Technically easy to use but harder to make it stay in place.... Nonetheless it was useful, reasonable priced and I purchased it again.

Très satisfaite de cette poche de gel réutilisable. Elle reste bien froide après passage au congélateur et diffuse le froid de manière homogène. La taille est pratique et permet de l’adapter facilement sur différentes zones du corps. Le gel reste souple, même une fois congelé, ce qui la rend confortable à utiliser. Solo la he usado para frío, pero hubo una época en la que la usaba todos los días, y perfecta, aguanta bien el frío durante unos 20 minutos, es cómoda, tiene bastante gel dentro y es suficientemente grande para usarlo en las dos rodillas a la vez. Contento con la compra.

Estan bien,de las 5 una se me jodio por calentarla demasiado pero fue culpa mia. Las demas aguantan a la perfeccion

Ho acquistato questo prodotto nell'aprile del 2015 per risolvere infiammature dovute alla pratica sportiva agonistica. Dopo quasi tre anni di utilizzo, abbastanza intensivo, posso serenamente affermare che il prodotto, rispetto ad altri equivalenti (o presunti tali) ha: - un formato più grande e può "raffreddare" una zona più estesa, - una grande flessibilità e permette pertanto di avvolgere parzialmente articolazioni - una buona qualità del materiale esterno che ne migliora la fruibilità in appoggio sulla pelle - una lunga durata (anche se non consiglio un trattamento oltre i 20 minuti) In sintesi un ottimo prodotto, assolutamente consigliato!

The cooling part works like charm.. As for heating it can get a bit warm but you will have to microwave a lot and that too in few intervals you will need to turn off the machine because it might get explode m but it does what it says..
