Worth the money
Powerful, sharp, typical Knippex quality. If you're male, you need these in your life. Even just owning them provides satisfaction.

Great bit of kit
Brilliant set of cutters and well worth the buy would be lost with out them. Handles are quite long which makes it difficult to open them wide enough with one hand in some instances but that is just a minor issue

Great cutters although seam less strong than they used to be , don’t think there made in Germany no more

As a steelfixer I use a lot of knipps both 280s and 200s these are good quality knipps as always from this seller

I think these are the best
I would only by Nipex because they are long lasting. You can buy cheap versions but if you want them to last get these. I never buy cheap tools as they never last me very long and I end up paying more in the log run.

I had a set of these that I got in Germany some 40 years ago that were still perfectly awesome. Foolishly loaned them out, and they go lost. This is the replacement I decided on, and they aren't as cool as my old set, but they are very close. Extremely well built (German) and, well, they're cutters. They do that very well...

What can in say, just a good product. I bought for cutting 9 gauge hanger wire in suspended ceiling and tying off. Worked wonders. Felt a little flimsy at first with the lengthier handles but once I found the sweet spot it worked exactly as hoped. I’d buy again. Wish I’d bought 15 years ago.
