I received this heavy duty grabber five days ago, and was very impressed. It was sturdy, long enough that I never had to bend over (I’m a week out of spinal surgery), and I loved that it was collapsible. Unfortunately, after four days, it broke. Upon contacting the company, they replied immediately, offering to refund or replace the item, so I’m quite pleased. (Since I loved the design, I chose to replace it, figuring it was just a fluke.) They were also very kind, despite my snarky email. For outstanding customer service and compassion (a rarity nowadays), I’m giving them 5 stars. This company is a pleasure to deal with.

Of the many such products available, I am lucky I selected this particular brand. It is completely satisfactory in every way. Easy to use, good strength, firmly grasps even small, thin objects. Great quality, very reasonable price.

I was a little skeptical purchasing this because of the price. However, I believe they are worth it. The quality that went into producing this tool far surpasses the others we have purchased in the past, that we had to tape together––NOT THIS ONE. We have only used it a short time, but I love it. The magnet things don't really add anything to it because they are not strong magnets. However, the rod that snaps together is sturdy and works well, because they lock down. brilliant. Time will tell if they last, but compared to the last ones, I am confident these should be around for a long time.

I ordered this in the 40" size, mostly to reach things high up. I like the option to fold it for storage. It is a little heavier than most and seems sturdy. The claw moves smoothly and has a good grip. Cons: The magnet is nearly useless; it doesn't extend out from the claw and is weak (like most of these tools). I'm not likely to use it. The snaps to hold the sections in place are REALLY tight. If you have weak hands, you might have trouble with them. And a minor point, I had to attach a string to the tiny hole on the handle to hang it up. It is more expensive than many other. Overall, a decent grabber.

Much better quality than I expected. I have purchased several different grabbers over the past several years including three different folding models. This is by far the best quality folding grabber I've bought and used. Strong locking couplers, the ability to pickup small thin items, and easy to use. I recommend these grabbers for anyone with limited mobility.

This Grabber is very well made and larger/longer than my older one. I ordered two so that I can leave one at home and take the other one to camp to leave. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone that needs a grabber.

Review improved because of refund and I WAS NOT asked to improve this review.] Worked well, while it worked. Bought for 2025 Christmas. Was used lightly an average of twice a day. Typically for raising/lowering a window shade and fetching dog toys off of the ground. On 2/17/2026 it was unfolded and used to lower a window shade. After folding it back up and placing back in storage, suddenly the gripper "hand" became loose. It appears that the tension cable was worn through at one of the hinges (see picture). In my opinion, this was used lightly and in it's intended manner. It's sad that it lasted ~50 days for this price.

I have a back that gets extremely sore with repetitive bending to pick up sticks after storms run through the area, so I looked for something to help reduce the strain. This tool does the trick. It's able to grab small twigs as well as decent sized branches without any issues, and it's a few inches longer than most grabbers which means I'm not stooped over while using it (I'm just under 6 feet tall). My back is very grateful I bought this, and I recommend it for your back as well!

I have had this for about 6 months and it has been wonderful, definitely worth the slightly more pricey cost. Unfortunately, I have managed to break one of the grabber sides off. I have a feeling it's because once or twice I've leant on it, a bit like a walking stick. I am going to try gluing it, because I don't tend to pick anything really geavy up with it But I am going to buy another, and not be such a silly person with it! It's amazing for closing my curtains from my armchair. I'm disabled, and my curtain rail is really high. So even if i could stand, it's high up anyway, and I'm short. So I use the extra reach of the 40" grabber to be able to pull the curtains at the top and make them fully closed. Sometimes picking things up can be a bit tricky when it comes to putting it into my hand, just because the 40" is slightly too long. I migjt try the 36", so I've still got loads of reach, but have a tiny bit less to argue with when trying to put an item into my hand from it. I would say it definitely holds a lot more weight than my cheaper grabbers. I haven't overly tested it, but I have picked up a full 500ml brown glass liquid medicine bottle with it, and they're pretty heavy and a tricky shape/texture for grip. The grabber "fingers" have lots of grippy bumps. My guinea pigs have munched on them slightly, unfortunately. I do use it to help guide them home/away from wherever they are without having to get down on the floor with them and scoot around. It's also great for helping to clean out their cages as i can reach across to straighten blankets and what not. I find the locks on the folding sections to be very sturdy. I don't tend to fold it up, as I'm using it all the time, but they don't give way like some cheaper ones. It has the changeable angle for the gripper bit, so it can be inline or perpendicular to the handle. The handle is easy to hold (I have fairly small hands), and isn't stiff or difficult in anyway (my hands can be a bit hard to use). I often find myself using this in various places in my house. I have 1 cheap one in my bedroom for my curtains in there, but I will be replacing that, too, eventually. Fully converted tk the EzPick grabbers! Totally worth the money, especially if you can get it on sale.

Muy buena herramienta para coger cosas que no están a tu alcance. Tanto por bajo como por alto. Puede atrapar desde una caja de leche de un litro hasta una minúscula pastilla que se haya caído al suelo. Puedo de decir que se ha convertido en algo imprescindible para mi. La única pega es que los materiales no son de muy buena calidad, pero aún así cumple perfectamente.

Best teaching tool. I didn’t actually need this for any specific purpose other than just having it on hand. I’m so glad I got this. It’s made from nice solid aluminium with a nice steel cable pulley. Strong hold on the claws. Can’t imagine anything of this quality in retail shops.

Absolutely wonderful item!!! It is the best long handled grabber I have ever ever bought or used. Strong and good length picks up heavier things too. I adore it!!! 🤩❣️
