It is always difficult with vitamins but I am hoping they are doing me good.

Big mg of it C, but Big pills so harder to swlow

Vitamin C in an easy-swallow tablet which you can split if you want a 500mg dose. The combination with rose hips is interesting - I can't say I notice any benefit, but it's impossible to test. Intuition says natural sources and combinations are usually better; pharmaceutical science likes to isolate compounds without understanding the interaction between trace substances. However, vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is generally regarded as identically effective when artificially produced. Recyclable jar and vegetarian product - watch with Solgar as they often use gelatin for capsules.

Since H&B changed their vit c formula I've switched to these. I tend to trust Solgar

I realize for any vitamins to absorb and be useful bit C is a must! I’m hoping that this product will help against covid 19 to keep me healthy and boost my immune system !

I like the Solgar brand of vitamins the best. Never have a problem with their vitamins. Some others I do. I'm disappointed when they are unavailable. Most pharmacies push their own brands and I don't think they compare with Solgar. I will continue to purchase them in the future. They have been my favorite for many years. Thank you.
