Light and Sturdy
Great boots. I've worn them a number of times for general walking (street, not hills!) - around 1.5 - 2ish miles and they are comfortable, light yet feel solidly made. The sole appears very durable and should last a long time. Also handles all surfaces well, including supermarket floors which can sometimes be slippy. Not with these, barely noticed differences in footing. Sizing is bang on too. And of course they look awesome. Quality footwear, first time from Palladium and very impressed, They'll be high on my list when time comes for a replacement pair.

The ones I got are, as hoped, new old stock, the quality is better than the new version.
This is the version of the boot before they reduced the quality / comfort 2 years ago. Heavier canvas, better insole, better heel reinforcement / rigidity and not such a loose fit when they wear in. These are great boots, I’ve bought many pairs over the last few years, they are my favourite footwear.

Love these boots
these boots are awesome. So comfortable and they look great. I got these for £14 on Amazon which is an absolute bargain. My first pair (which i now use for work) cost me £40 in a shop in Bluewater. But even at this price they are still great boots and worth the money. They look good with jeans, trousers and shorts, I am always in shorts as it is so hot at work and they look great with my shorts. The only slight problem is that you can sometimes get some pretty massive stones stuck in the soles!! They have a massive tread pattern and the stones get stuck in between but they are easy to flick out!I think the French foreign Legion use these boots and Palladium used to make aircraft tyres which can only be a good thing!

Stylish but not built to last
I had these for about a year until the fabric around the rubber toe cap began to tear, so I could see my toe peeking out. Not that impressed, however they were comfortable and looked good, though...?

Excellent
I was wary of these given the price, but in an eceonomy as bad as this, hey it was worth a shot. I must say I'm pleasantly surprised by how good they are. Sitting somewhere between a Converse AllStar and a proper walking boot, I have found them comfortable and very sure footed. The canvas upper is not waterproof, so no heavy duty walking should be attempted, unless you like wet socks. However if you know that where you are going is likely to be dry, they are excellent. I have worn them all day with no ill effects and the soles are sturdy and look like they should be good for quite a few miles. Now if only they were waterproof it would be 5 stars.

Size but great shoe so bought another pair
Though I take an 8 it felt a little tight across the width of the foot so an 8.5 would probably be perfect. A size larger and yes the room would be good but guess may then be too loose. Anyway, really pleased so bought the waterproof pair. Again snug but should stretch. Oh, OK for thin socks thicker ones and you will need to go above your usual size.

a style that I like but encountered the same problem both occasions
Reviewing this product 12 months after purchase and limited wear. This was my second pair of Palladium boots, a style that I like but encountered the same problem both occasions.the fabric of the boot comes away from the sole making them unwearable. It's a great shame but not a brand I would recommend
