I have always been able to in fact about to re order this paper again. Good value for money

Is this unbleached/chlorine free?

I do not know as it’s A4 paper and I’m not bothered

Can this paper be used for children to paint on?

All A4 paper can be used to paint on, to some degree. Not to much water in the paint tho.
