it depends on your zinc level, if you drop a couple of drops onto your tongue and it taste nice or of nothing then your body is deficient in zinc. If it tastes hideous you have enough zinc. take until it tastes absolutely horrid. hope that helps.

I've read the sulphate form of Zinc doesnt have great absorption, does that change here when its ionized?
