Amazing!
I would highly recommend this product. I brought this after reading the reviews, so only think its fair to pass on my feedback too. I had blocked sinuses, the gp prescribed me a steriod nasal spray and I therefore wanted to find a more natural approach. I brought this and wow it has changed my life! Its not uncomfortable to use and does the job so quickly, I couldn't believe the cycle was over so quickly. I haven't been able to breath through my left nostril in years and since using this I can breath again. My hayfever hasn't been as bad since using it so overall a win win.My mum has had surgery and ENT issues for years and I brought one for her as it worked so well for me and she loves it too!I have however read that you shouldnt use it everyday forever as you can end up taking too much of the good bacteria out of your nasal passage so I use it for a two week period when things are bad and then once a week or fortnight for preventative measures. I would highly recommend this product.

Best sinus irrigator I have found.
This is a great device if you have sinus issues. I have used this to clean my sinus and while I don't think there are any ways to clean your sinuses that don't feel weird this is a lot less unpleasant than the neti pods I've previously tried. It is battery powered so is a easy to use and doesn't involve the weird contortions of a neti pod. Just follow the steps and only use boiled or sterilised water never water direct from the tap.You may get a slightly odd smell in your nose afterwards but this is normal and afterwards you will actually be able to smell again.Fits together easily.Should last a decent amount of time - I haven't had to change the battery yet.

Reasonably priced and most effective for my condition
Sadly I am no stranger to Nelimed and their products, or more precisely my needs for nasal irrigation over the years due to Rhinitis, Sinusitis, and post nasal drips etc that trouble me far too often.I have seen a couple of ENT specialist and undergone various tests. This has left me with me having to manage this situation and, thankfully, I have found that nasal irrigation plays a big part in doing just that.Firstly thinking about the solution that I use to irrigate with.I had prepared my own in the past, using sodium bicarbonate, kosher salt (no additives) and water. But I am tending to use a lot of the pre made sachets produced by Nelimed, due to the convenience and ease of use, as well as having the exact quantities needed for the measured pre-boiled water used.I have looked to add various other liquids to that solution to help my condition. For me I have found that a 10% solution of povidone iodine works great if there are any signs of an infection. We all know the signs of an infection, rather than an accumulation of thickened mucous and post nasal drip etc.The few drops that I add of the povidone iodine is very effective in dealing with any infection and once cleared up I then return to the salt/ sodium bicarbonate solution in water.I know that I have mentioned it but it is important not to use tap water but to use pre-boiled and cooled water, due to possible infections. The Sinugator itself.....I have posted several photos for you to see, also standing next to my electric (£120) Sinupulse irrigation machine. The build quality of the Sinugator seemed adequate for the job. It is a little heavy and cumbersome, but that is because I'm used to holding just the "wand" (tip) of the Sinupulse machine I also have. Being an "all in one" type device it is also a little restrictive in how you can position your head and lean as the machine itself has t o remain upright to ensure that all the liquid is used when it is running. Tipping it sideways will leave liquid still in the blue water container.Filling the blue container is easy enough but be wary when screwing it on to the base of the unit, probably more so when removing it. Look at one of the photos I posted and you will see that the semi-transparent seal ring is easy to dislodge, at least it was for me, as I assume it stuck to the blue cup section when removing. This was quite difficult to get back in place but it seems ok for now.I am very used to the sensation and method to use these types of devices and this one is very similar to what I have used. The benefits seem to be the pulsing of the water as it is pumped out of the nozzle, which fits and seals well to my nostril, as it then gets forced up into your nasal cavities with a pulsing sensation. In fact this pulsing is for more intense than it is with my other machine. The vibrations from the hand held device is also noted due to the pulsing, not unpleasantly though.Repeating the process for each nostril is fine except, as mentioned, this machine has to be kept upright to ensure that all the contents goes where it is needed. This leads me to my criticism about the kit so far....The capacity of the blue holding tank is just short of 250ml. That might seem to be enough but with my Sinupulse machine I can fill it to 700ml, it will actually hold around 750ml if filled to the brim.Over the years of using nasal irrigation I have found that 250ml each side is hardly enough at times of an infection or that of thickened mucous. Also with the Sinugator only holding 250ml it means that you have to do one side ( I pre-mix a 500ml solution ready in a glass measuring jug) and then whilst that side is dripping open it up and pour another 250ml in the device to do the other side.It probably is the best of what they could make for it to be a portable device. If the blue tank was increased in capacity to 500ml it would probably then be too big to handle, but having got the Sinupulse I do enjoy just having a large tank and then the "wired" wand to apply up to 750ml of pre-mixed water as needed. The flexibility of the wand and its capacity is great, but it costs so much more. After using the device for a couple of weeks, this will be taken with me when I’m on trips etc, I can appreciate what a damn good job it does and how effective it is. Its capacity limitations are made up for its portability and not needing a mains connection. I do read of some people having build quality or long term functional issues with the device but I bought it with a 120 days money back guarantee and a five years warranty. For me it was worth a buy and I’m glad that I did just that.If you are coming from using a neli pot or one of those hand held devices (in my opinion better than a neli pot) then this might work out well for you. I do find that the pulsing sensation and regular force applied to the water stream effective for my needs. The cost of this compared to my suffering of not having one can’t be overvalued, thankfully it is affordable.I no longer need to use any regular prescribed treatments, not very effective, and I’m doing much better for using regular daily nasal irrigation. I would be wary about doing this too often, when I’m in a bad way I might increase this up to three times in a day at most, as over use might lead to producing excessive mucous. Also I only use povidone iodine if I am experiencing an infection, again good bacteria up the nostrils is needed to keep things in balance.Good luck to you and hopefully this machine can be of use to you and your needs as I know it is of benefit for me.I hope that this review has helped you.

Works
Suffer constantly from a blocked nose. Nasal sprays only helped a bit. Bought this in desperation, seems to work brilliantly. It's an unusual feeling, but one you get used to, but as I write this my nose is nice and clear and none of the discomfort from sprays.
