Will it work on a PlayStation?

You can place it on top of anthing sort of flat and it should still work, as long as you balance it right. So a PlayStation should be fine.

Lights are stuck on continuous flashing from each colour, I've tried to use the light key, even holding it down for a while, but it still doesn't stop

What is the definition of the lock key? Does it lock you in a game?

The lock function on the WINDOWS KEY is to lock out the Windows Key itself. Activate/ Deactivate by pressing Fn+Windows Key. I think it is so the key can be remapped in a game without activating the Windows function. The lock function on the F11 key is to lock out the Function Keys FN functions.. To enable/ disable the media functions on the F Keys.
