Good product and pretty easy to swallow. Taste is good.

Definitely not easy to swallow
These are huge oblong shaped tablets. I never struggled to take any tablets but this can be a pain when taking them as they are huge. Sometimes had to break it in half to manage to swallow it. Good price though.

Excellent way to optimise vitamin C with less side effects
These are excellent value and a really good way to optimise vitamin C levels. Many people want to maximise this but the body can only absorb and process a small quantity at a time. My mother recommended I take a time release and usually I only have it in the winter but because of the pandemic I’m taking it once daily in the morning. If I feel at all like I might be getting ill or I might have been compromised I have another one twelve hours later but in general it’s not ideal for significant amounts of vitamin C to sit in the bladder overnight, so do consider that for your own situation. Some people who are obsessed with vitamin C are taking several grams a day and the side effects can be quite deleterious to health. Taking time release saves money, largely avoids side effects and provides a consistent bioavailable level that the body likes. It’s definitely the way to go. Ignore anyone who tells you to take 9g a day like I read the other day!

The price is good, but I would like a smaller tablet
The price is good, but I would like a smaller tablet. At first I used chewable vitamin C and had no problems. Maybe that works for some people, but the pills are too big for me.

J'en prenais car marre d'être KO après une crève suivie d'une bronchite. Ça m'a beaucoup aidé. J'ai continué, ne voulant pas retomber malade. 😂 Je vais beaucoup mieux. Sans m'en rendre compte je suis devenue insomniaque tellement ça me donne la patate et ne dormais plus que par vague de 2h. Les effets ressenties mettent des jours à disparaitre. A utiliser donc quand vous avez un coup de pompe uniquement. Même coupée en 2 à 500mg /j, ça booste énormément 🤡
