its okay but i would go back to the VM 75. Quite strong may be too strong for me. Keeps me calm and energetic. Ease of swallow with plenty of Water

I have been using this supplement on again off again for years. Makes an almost immediate difference when feeling unbalanced. Even one a day makes a difference and eg hair loss and general tiredness. The combination and dosing of ingredients is one of the most balanced on the market. Highly recommend!

Solgar is the best
I bought two, just in case. I used to buy them regularly from my local chemist, that keeps the full range of the Solgar stuff, but they have run out of VM-2000 and don't seem to be able to get the new supply. This stuff came from US. It took a while to arrive, but it was worth the wait and it worked out slightly cheaper than buying it locally.
