Is this product suitable for dark skin?

yes..i am as dark as they come and this is my second purchase..leaves no white residue and keeps my makeup on for hours..my skin is very oily but this is the only primer that works for me..will highly recommend

can you use a mineral powder over it?

Not sure about mineral, but I've used rimmel matt face powder Over it. It is really good primer Ive been buying it for years. Not so keen on the other colours in the range but deffo the clear is brill.

does it work on oily skin?

In my experience yes. I notice a massive difference when I don't put the cream on. Make up lasts longer and less shine. Sorry for late reply

Can this be used for people with dry skin

I have dry skin patches and this primer is fine, makes your skin very soft and smooth
