Unfortunately they did not work for me.
As they say they did not cause constipation. However after three months of use my iron levels did not improve. I have changed to another make which is working for me. Give them a try, they may work for you.

No side effects during pregnancy
I was recommended these by my midwife as I was iron deficient during my 3rd trimester. They were so much easier to take and did not make me feel queasy. Very easy on the tummy.
