These capsules have stopped my hair going grey! I have taken them for 15 years now every morning (which is the best time to take B vitamins) together with BioCare vitamin C to help absorption. I realise I only have myself as an example to prove that the B vitamins work to prevent greying hair, but I strongly recommend anyone trying it, abs in the mean time you will benefit anyway from the all the other helpful things which Vit B has to offer.15 or so years ago, during a stressful time, I had about 50 hairs on my temple go grey (my brother counted them!) I read in a health book that in Indian people have a high intake of PABA and this is why they often have lovely strong, non greying hair. You have to have a fairly high intake and I found this in Biocare. There are two other makes which also have a high amount but they were mail order so I always bought these. Most of the cheaper brands of B vitamins don;t have enough or none at all and also miss out some of the other B vitamins and it's important to take B vitamins all together rather than individual ones.So after taking them my greying hair halted. I carried on for years and no more greys. Then one day the shop where i bought them closed and for a couple of months I didn't go into central London to buy some elsewhere. My hairs started going grey in my temple. I bought some and it halted. Then last Christmas I also didn't get around to buying some and low and behold my other temple started going grey so I quickly bought some!My Dad also takes them to (hopefully ) help prevent Alzheimer. I think though that the study on that was done with very high dose vitamins but I am sure these must help a bit and helps with stress too.

I take one day as I am a vegetarian. My nutritionist recommended only 2 brands for quality, this being one of them.

Easy to take tablets and only one a day . Seem to have more vitality after taking for a couple of weeks.
