not for me
they arrived on plenty of time but to tell the truth, they aren't the best. I train a lot and really need a pep sometimes but you would be better taking a taking a couple of cups of strong coffee than these. but my mate has taken them too and he says they work but he is a little strange at the best of times.

Tried it for the first time today 22/7/15 had that extra pump at the gym thought my vain were gonna pop out my arms,will be buying it again with out a doubt good stuff.

Pumped!!
I wasn't expecting much, but how wrong was I. This product gives me a noticeable better pump. Very, very, very good stuff

Pre-workout supplement
Good workout supplement, definately provides a boost to training. Can feel the difference when I don’t take before training.
