Nordic Naturals Omega-3 fish oil derived from anchovies, sardines, mackerel & herring, has quite a pleasant lemon odour & taste and is easy to take. It’s a key for immunity, heart health and cognition and is certified sustainable. Omega-3’s are essential for helping to combat inflammation and can affect mood and behaviour. The oil is more effective when intake of polyunsaturated fatty acids is low and the triglyceride form of Omega-3 is more easily absorbed than the ethyl ester form. This is my staple Omega-3 source, specially being vegan for the foreseeable future. Nordic Natural fish oil is sold in a deep blue glass bottle & could serve as a vase afterwards (the label peels off easily in one piece)…

WoW!!! I've been looking for it for years!
Absolutely amazing product! I was never able to take any form of fish oil,I,tried over the years. The capsules are too large for me to swallow (even the smaller ones) and any liquid fish oil made me throw up (sorry) if I even managed to swallow it at all. I took a chance with this one as the reviews said it was easy to swallow and didn't smell fishy. I was very sceptical but tried to stay open minded and I'm so happy I did! Thank you to all who reviewed this product, thanks to you I can eventually take the much needed supplement and I feel a big difference in my energy levels and brain fog lifted too. With my previously horrendous experience I couldn't figuire out how fish oil can be easy to swallow but OMG this one really is! It doesn't smell fishy AT ALL! It doesn't feel oily in the mouth (not like some veg oils like hemp) It's light and as someone described it has a very gentle taste of lemon drizzle, not like a lemon. Just beautiful! I love it so much that I have subscribed to the 3 monthly delivery and I'm going to be their customer for life! If you hesitate, are unsure about the taste or texture, if you like me are very sensitive all I can say just give it a try and I'm sure you'll love it. I'm blown away. Thank you so much Nordic supplements for creating such a wonderful product, it really has an impact on people's health. Absolutely love it! xxx

Tolerable taste
Absolutely does taste like fish. It’s essence of fish with lemon air freshener on the side. Tolerable though

Excellent benefits from taking
My chiropractor recommended this oil a few years ago, and I certainly notice the difference in walking if I forget to take it for a few days. Worth trying.
