Olay Eyes Firming Eye Serum, 15 ml

This is a very good, lightweight, fragrance-free, silky Eye Lifting Serum from Olay. It contains a number of proven anti-ageing ingredients for the skin. It comes in a hygienic tube with a needle nose dispenser, which I like, making it easy to use. The formula is best suited to normal, combination, and slightly dry skins including sensitive. If you have very dry skin, this could be used under a rich eye cream or moisturiser. It contains skin-replenishing glycerin and skin restoring niacinamide (vitamin B3), with free radical fighting antioxidants and cell-communicating peptides. All have proven anti-ageing benefits for the skin, and are good to see in the formula, which will certainly help to hydrate the skin and soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. This also gives a nice reflective glow to the eye area thanks to the inclusion of mineral pigments, which lend a subtle, luminosity to the skin, making dark circles look less apparent, but this is purely a temporary cosmetic effect. As for the claims about lifting sagging skin, while this serum helps with fine lines and wrinkles, it cannot permanently lift sagging skin, no eye cream, or serum, no matter how well formulated or expensive can do that, I wish they could, skin care has its limitations. This is because sagging skin is caused by gravity, complex physiological processes, age, and environmental factors, like sun damage from the sun's UVA rays. Nor can this serum help with age-related eye bags, which are caused by weakening muscles in the eye area and fat deposits under the skin, unfortunately, the only thing that can address these are cosmetic surgical procedures. However, as eye creams/serums go, this anti-ageing formula from Olay is effective and beneficial for the skin, and certainly worth considering. I like it. Ingredients: Water, Dimethicone, Glycerin, Niacinamide, Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Polymethylsilsesquioxane, Polyethylene, Panthenol, Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate, Allantoin, Polyacrylamide, Caprylyl Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Phenoxyethanol, C13-14 Isoparaffin, Laureth-4, Dimethiconol, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Laureth-7, Sodium PEG-7 Olive Oil Carboxylate, Disodium EDTA, Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Titanium Dioxide, Mica, Iron Oxides.

Finally I have found an eye cream that doesn't make my eyes puffy, stream constantly or dry them out! I have very sensitive skin and have enormous trouble finding face products that are suitable for me, however this eye cream works a treat. Very easy to apply, absorbs quickly and leaves a smooth, luminous finish. Best of all, no irritation whatsoever! I have been using this cream now for a couple of months and have noticed a slight tightening of the skin under my eyes and the fine wrinkles have reduced ever so slightly too. I will continue to use this cream.

This is very good - I must have drier under eyes and crows feet than I thought as it soaks in very quickly. It's not heavy or greasy. My eye area doesn't feel so fine and 'crepey' which is good. I use this along with the illuminating cream for my dark circles and this combination targeting particular problem works well for me. I didn't go for the ultimate eye cream because I prefer tubes / pumps rather than jars.

Application is smooth and cool on the skin, thought I would try it. Personally not impressed with the results

Bought after reading an online article about its apparent effectiveness. Works for me - not greasy and easily absorbed with, I feel, a tightening and freshening effect that I like.

I really love it. I’m in my early 40s and definitely struggle with skin under my eyes being dry and wrinkly . This feels lovely on the skin , very rich but not sticky or thick so I use under the make up too. I think it has a bit of highlighting properties as the undereye looks a bit more radiant straight after applying . Great price too. The only thing I don’t like is the type of packaging . When it’s near to finished nothing comes out anymore and you need to cut the bottle in half to get inside . And then you find quite a bit of product still left , just need to dig it out with your little finger. It probably gives you extra 2-3 days worth of product if you like yo be frugal .

Havent used this as only use face creams same make,time will tell and found need eye cream,it is not greasy but felt over priced but you just need tiny amount.hopefully as good as all their other products.as above said once wrinkles are here you wont get rid of them but youmcan make them smoother.ive used olay creams over 20 or more years when they were oil of ulay.pink lotion no eye creams and loved it then.now for last 10 years used day and nite cream bought as set bargain 10.00.now iam buying eye cream as 60 and need it.hoping to smooth wrinkles and tighten saggy skin.need to use for month then will see if difference.i have very sensitive skin and its okay and creams all agree with me,
