The media could not be loaded. 32 screws for one box.... I wish it came assembled or something. The whole kit doesn't feel sturdy enough for the price. Some screws don't go in and some are just too flimsy on the holes. Doesn't hold.

It's a nice and sturdy box that fits a PoE switch, which means you need just two cables to this rack: a power cord to get to a PoE switch (like Netgear GS305p) that feeds the power to all the boards. And the ethernet cable to the switch itself.Fans are a bit loud - perhaps will be looking at ways to replace them. Any suggestions on compatible gear are welcome.

Das Gehäuse ist schnell aus den USA geliefert worden. Die Trackinginformationen stimmten nur zum Teil. Ab dem Zoll hat ein deutscher Lieferdienst übernommen, wofür eine falsche Tracking-ID bei Amazon hinterlegt hatte. Am Ende hat die Lieferung aber gut funktioniert.Bzgl. des Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses und der Qualität des Gehäuses: lest Euch die anderen Rezensionen durch. Diese erklären die größten Schwierigkeiten: 1. Günstiges Material, 2. Bleche riechen wie frisch aus einer Raucherbar geholt, 3. Die Verschraubungen sind nicht optimal, da die Schrauben oft durchdrehen und nicht richtig fassen.Bei meiner Lieferung waren alle Teile des Gehäuses vorhanden. Und ich bin zufrieden, weil ich ein kleines Raspberry Pi Gehäuse für 3 Pis brauchte. Ich benutze die Lüfter des Gehäuses nicht, weshalb ich den Geräuschpegel nicht bewertet habe. Außerdem nutze ich das Gehäuse verkehrt herum, da so die Abwärme besser entweichen kann. Das "Fach" für den Switch habe ich mit Fliegendraht von innen verkleidet, um ein wenig Staubschutz zu haben.Insgesamt habe ich das bekommen, was ich mir erhofft habe - daher 4 Sterne.

This was purchased to house a desktop cluster for testing purposes. Given that intention, while attractive and compact, the fans (slimline 80mm 5V) are very loud and likely need to be replaced. You may be able to get away with not connecting the fans, but your mileage may vary.The enclosure ships flat packed, so assembly does take a little bit of time due to the number of screws. Assembly was very easy, though, as the instructions are clear and has a clear pattern to them. Once assembled, the enclosure is rigid, solid, and attractive for its purpose.Strongly recommend getting the SD card extenders UCTRONICS sells to go along with this. While swapping out nodes is easy with the captured thumb screws, if you're using the included USB-C fan adapter, removing that one node may require you to remove a second node.Two things I might recommend to the manufacturer:- put a momentary button on the node sleds (to be connected to the right pins) so that power on/off could be triggered from the front- develop a very shallow USB to SATA adapter like the one from Homerun (which doesn't fit) that would keep the external cabling to a minimum. Even the shorter 6" loops make the cluster's footprint that much larger.

Schön kompakt, aber die "Lösung" für die Stromversorgung der Fans ist dämlich.Ausserdem:- Beim mitgelieferten Adapter zum Anschluss der Fans fehlt eine Buchse für das USB-C Kabel. Der Bestückungsaufdruck auf der Platine ist vorhanden... Im Handbuch ist die Buchse auf 4 von 5 Bildern ebenfalls zu sehen, auf eine Skizze fehlt sie... Auf den Bildern hier ist die Buchse ebenfalls zu sehen. Damit kann man einen der Raspis nur noch über die PIN-Leiste mit Strom versorgen. Das war zum Glück eh mein Plan und deshalb nicht so schlimm für mich.- Von den 32 Gehäuseschrauben fehlten 15 Stück. Auch hier hatte ich zum Glück entsprechende Schrauben im Sortiment. Ohne die wäre das Gehäuse direkt zurück gegangen.- 4 der vorgebohrten Löchern waren zu groß, sodass die 3mm Schrauben nicht im Blech griffen. Kontermuttern halfen hier aber...Also leider in diesem Zustand eher eine Bastellösung, was eigentlich schade ist. Eine Anschluss der Fans an der PIN-Leiste würde eine PWM-Regelung ermöglichen und das Adapter Problem lösen. Wahrscheinlich würde es nichtmal teuerer, das dieses Speziell-Adapter-Teil wegfallen kann...Aufgrund der Qualitätsproblem erstmals nur ein Stern.
