I’m not sure what gel they use but the quality is so good it stays cold for an hour. I like that it is flexible even after freezing. It can easily be folded to adjust the size of area. It’s not heavy either and it is comfortable to use. I bought it for my SI fusion I had and the ice pack effectively releases the inflammation and pain. I prefer these over the hospital gel ice pack they sent me home with. These are flatter, not bulky and spread out well glad or folded to freeze. This makes it easier to put in my smaller freezer among other items because it folds up small or lays almost flat.

The Ice packs are large enough to use two on one leg which works for me. The quality is good and they fold in thirds so easy to store in freezer.

Nice product. Physical therapy uses ice pack that encircles elbow. This is not quite long enough to encicle whole elbow

If you have back or neck pain, these are the best they cover large area. They get super cold.
