High Protein, Low Sugar Bar - Dark Chocolate Mint, 12 x 60 g

Okay guys, this one is the best flavour in the Grenade range. The dark chocolate mint is exceptionally rich, smooth, not overly sweet, and genuinely satisfying. Every bite feels slightly different, like a little symphony of flavours. It might be me and my taste buds.m but I think whoever created this bar clearly understood both taste and human psychology. Genius, honestly. My only wish? A smaller version, maybe around 35g. Not because the taste isn’t incredible, it’s because you can’t stop until it’s gone. Saving half a bar “for later” is basically a psychological battle, and let’s be real… this bar is too good to stop halfway. A smaller portion would be perfect for those wanting to reduce calorie intake without the drama and mental gymnastics of self-control. When you eat a smaller bar, that’s it! Portion done, mind at peace. That said, the flavour is so good that finishing the full bar feels inevitable… and slightly dangerous 🤣.

The Dark Mint Grenade bar is basically an After Eight that did six months of CrossFit. One bite and you get that cool, punchy mint layered over a not-too-sweet fudge centre, wrapped in dark chocolate that actually snaps—not the usual waxy protein coating. At 20 g protein and barely a blip of sugar, it’s my secret weapon against the 3 p.m. slump: tastes like dessert, fuels like a shake, and keeps me out of the vending-machine danger zone. Texture is key here—no jaw-workout chew, just a soft brownie vibe with a light crunch so you remember it’s not toothpaste-flavoured nougat. I’ve tried most of the Grenade line, and this is the one I hide at the back of the drawer so office scavengers can’t find it. If you need a guilt-free, mint-choc fix that won’t crash your macros, lock and load a box of these.

These protein bars are delicious. Especially,if you're a mint choc fan, you're absolutely love these. However, even if you're a not the biggest mint choc fan, I think you'll still be a fan of these, since it's only a mild mint flavour and not too overpowering. The mint is gooey and the chocolate bits on top outer casing are amazing. The fart-o-meter, for these protein bars are approximately 4/10.Because of the protein which naturally causes wind.

Definitely a repeat purchase for me!

Dans le cadre d'un programme de musculation j'ai décidé de tenter ce complément protéiné afin de gagner du temps sur mes petits déjeuners. Aucune mauvaise surprise, les barres sont bonnes et si le ressenti instantané est faible concernant l'apport en protéines, je reste persuadé que les effets sont au rendez-vous. je conseille dans le cadre d'un programme sportif ou au besoin d'un apport supplémentaire en protéines.

Super lecker. Frisch, schokoladig und nicht zu süß. Kam auch bei der Hitze unversehrt an.
