I am using the Qubo Smart Door Lock Essential for my main door and overall experience is very good. Installation was easy and fingerprint recognition works fast. PIN and RFID card options are also useful for family members. The build quality feels solid and the app is simple to use. Battery backup is good and emergency power option is available, which is a plus. For this price range, it is a very good and reliable smart lock. Value for money product. Highly recommended.

Qubo techincian has done excellent job, came on time with prior appointment. Well equipped and well skilled to do their job. Technician helped us to understand and configure the Qubo smart lock, provided the demo of the same. Excellent job.

The lock arrived in time, in good packaging. Installation follow up was done in a very timely manner, in spite of not being ready from my end (door wasn't ready). Scheduling appointment was easy and quick; the installation person came on time and did an excellent job without any damage. Had proper tools. Also explained how to use the App. Lock itself is very good with multiple ways to unlock and easy to setup. Easy for home as well as small businesses.

The Qubo ecosystem is full of over priced and low quality products. I have installed a Qubo camera doorbell, a Qubo door lock and had to buy a qubo wifi Gateway. If you have a choice stay away from qubo products all together. I will tell you why? Firstly, the qubo camera doorbell supports only AC power supply. It shuts down whenever there is a power cut and the power supply shifts to generator and back. Once it switches off and on, the camera doorbell gets disconnected from Wifi. You have to again structure with the complicated process of wifi sync. Most of the time one has to physically reset the device. The camera doorbell is next to the door lock 🔐 and both are in Bluetooth range. However both can't communicate with each other. You have to pay more and upgrade to a Pro version for this feature. The fingerprint sensor is of very poor quality, it takes multiple attempts to recognize registered fingerprints. Now if with gods grace and multiple attempts at resetting both the camera doorbell and door lock are working, and there are no power outage. You will have to pay another 3 to 4 k INR to but their wifi gateway (this product) to avail remote unlock (this feature is inbuilt in most other doorlocks at a lesser price point). The wifi gateway doesn't come with any reset button and only 1 yr warranty. In my case it only worked for first few months and the turned into a stone. If you call the customer care, they will just read out the script given to them. There is no real support available. In my case the simple response I received was to go and buy another Qubo gateway. The green LED light remains constantly on and the gateway should be switched off and on 5 times to reset ( could there be any dumber reset method ? ). I am now stuck with substandard Qubo products which are adding nuisance in my life rather than bringing peace of mind. I have to get up from office meetings to attend to all door bells and open the gate every time. The same could be done with a Rs 50 ting tong remote door bell. Why should I be paying thousands to do just the same. Qubo has no innovative bone in their product lineup, they have thrown a ton of money on brand building and marketing and now sucking from customers to make profits without delivering any real value. Please think 🤔 1000 times before getting into this product ecosystem. My gate is coming up with some amazing products which work and there are tapo and few others who are providing good value.

Works flawlessly. Integrates very well with the rest of the Qubo ecosystem (Qubo doorbell and monitor). Well built product and looks good. The essential edition is good enough for most users and I will recommend this version as VFM. Cons: - The unlock through monitor or alexa is slow. Takes 10-15s which can be a test of patience. - Fingerprint recognition is not reliable for some people. It says fingerprints successfully captured but stops recognising one fine day. Happened to both my wife and daughter. -
