A timeless classic and a great addition to any child’s book collection. Review: Great board book, bought for baby shower instead of a card! - Very cute "lift the flap" book. Spot series are amazing for language development! Bought as a baby shower gift, the idea was to use books instead of cards and write a little note inside so when parents will read book to the baby, they will also say who got the book, which I thought was very cute! :)

Great book! Nostalgia!
Great quality book! I used to love spot as a child and it’s amazing I get to now read spot with mine. I think the pricing was good and is a big hit at bedtime with my kids.

Good Old Favourite
A lovely small hard paged book with each left hand page asking a simple question of where Spot could be with a lift a flap on each right hand page of a different animal saying, "No," A bear behind a door . A snake behind a Grandfather clock. A rhino bend a grand piano. A lion behind the stairs' cupboard. A monkey behind wardrobe doors. A croc behind a bed's valance. Penguins inside the lid of a chest. A tortoise under a mat and . Finally, Spot is inside a basket. I can read to my little Grandson whilst he snuggles into me. Simple catchy repetition of finding where Spot is hiding. Both of us can answer and point, "There he is!"

Great book, but not robust enough
My 8-month old loves this book and has enjoyed watching me lift the flaps initially, until he figured out how to lift them himself a couple of weeks ago, which I was thrilled to see. However, he soon started ripping them out (very little force required), while in the process of figuring out in which direction they open. No flap was left untouched, hence I deducted a star.. The book seems great for this age, but flaps need to be more robust.

A classic. Got it for my baby when they were 6 months old. Now at 13 months they still love it!
