Fantastic multipurpose product with a great fresh scent
I only read about Castile soap recently and was intrigued to see what exactly it was all about. So it was good to see the product available on Amazon. I ordered the Eucalyptus option after reading another review which said it was like having a spa in your own bathroom - and it is. The fresh clean scent is a great wake up call in the morning and after tentatively using it as a hand wash for a day or 2 (I have really sensitive skin) I ventured as far as using it instead of the normal shower wash I use. Results after a few days of use are skin feeling more moisturised and no itching, discomfort or that horrible residue on skin/ not quite clean feeling you get with some shower products. Having read about its multipurpose uses, I've also used it as a floor wash, tried it out as a dish wash and a hand washing (for clothing) product and it works well for all of these, haven't tried it as a dog shampoo yet but will do. You don't need very much at all to get a decent lather - I also bought a pack of 3 x 100ml pump dispensing bottles bottles at the time to divide it into and after all this use - I'm not even half way down one of them. I will be trying the other scents in this product and definitely recommend it!

Great natural product
I've been using this product as shampoo for about five weeks now, so feel like I'm in a good position to write a review. When researching castile soap to be used as shampoo, there were so many mixed reviews so it's taken some experimentation to get it to work well - because I had been using "conventional" drugstore shampoo previously, my hair has had to go through somewhat of a detox to get used to this, similar to when someone goes shampoo free (most positive reviews of using castile soap as shampoo were from people who were no-poo, and I figure this is why). This process is usually around six weeks to get your hair to normal, so I'm coming to an end of this and my hair has never been better. When I first used this as shampoo however, it was horrible! My hair felt like it was just a clump of oil, because I was using it just like I had used shampoo before. What I do now is so quick and easy - I have mixed the castile soap in an old shampoo bottle with water (1/3-1/2 castile soap, the rest water) and then squirt a couple tablespoons of it into a pint glass, fill the rest with water and then just pour it over my head. Rub it in, then wash out. Then I do a rinse with Apple cider vinegar, which helps to break down the oil while your hair gets used to it (the castile soap is made of oil), which I do exactly the same way - a tablespoon of ACV in a pint glass, fill it with water, pour it over my head. The ACV does stink, but once it dries there isn't any smell and it will make your hair shine like nothing else! You can wash out the ACV but I usually just leave it as that. I also mix in a bit of baking soda with the castile soap in the pint glass sometimes, as if you live in an area with hard water, it will help wash the oil from the castile soap out. I love that I've had this product for about five weeks now and have used hardly any of it, and after over a decade of dying, bleaching, putting endless products in my hair, it's finally starting to feel normal and healthy! However, I wouldn't buy this castile soap again because I find the almond smell is too much for me! To me it smells like the fake cherry flavour they have in drinks, etc. I'll continue to use it until it's finished, but will probably get the peppermint one next time and experiment with using it for other purposes as well.

Expensive but worth it and goes a long way!!
Beautiful and refreshing and contributes in warding off mosquitoes! A good base layer to build upon!

Few drops to get plenty of foam.
It became my favourite shower liquid. And despite it is not thick, it is very efficient and sustainable. You need just few drops on the sponge to make it foamy. The fragrance is amazing. I will buy it again when finished.
