Great product 100% recommended
Halti leads are great stops my pup pulling when I attach it to collar and harness. 100% would recommend. I think people posting about "my dog chewed through it" that's a behaviour not a problem with the product get your dog to stop chewing. The lead is great and durable comfy and soft and multi use is perfect. The burnt orange one is gorgeous years ago I brought one and only had red and black really like the new colours. Will probably buy another just for a colour change.

A delight to use. I'm willing to sacrifice longevity to get this comfort.
I'm working as a dog walker and trying out many leads, both commercial and home made. Over the 3 weeks I've had a Halti double ended training lead it has become my favourite. The adjustable length, without flapping loose sections, is remarkably useful, as is the ability to tether a dog to trees etc. to deal with urgent situations.Best of all though, is the feel of the lead. It just feels good. It's soft, flexible, and even when wrapped around the hand it is supremely comfortable. Better than any rope or webbing by a long, long way.I have reservations. The softness, which I love, may also be its weak spot. I'm not sure it will last years, especially since to me it is a tool and *will* be abused - eg dropped and left trailing behind the dog over rough, muddy ground at times. Also the clips are zinc alloy (zamac?) which is cheap metal designed for cheap production methods. I dislike this stuff, but *maybe* it is acceptable in this role.Despite these doubts, I have bought two more of these Haltis in different colours for when I'm walking multiple dogs.I have also treated myself to the Bully Billows version. This is the same design and length, but with much beefier metalwork. The clips are stainless steel. It is the same thickness fabric (6mm) but feels denser, better padded. I bought this for the biggest dog, thinking it would be stronger. The metalwork is clearly superior, but the weak spot will be the fabric and here the difference is less clear. As I said, it *feels* denser but that isn't proof it can withstand greater forces. Still, it will be my big dog go-to from now on.

Worth Double The Price
I have just ordered another one of these superb leads today. The original is in an outstanding condition after being used daily since March, on an Alaskan Malamute puppy who has grown in to a 40kg 9 month old. I am 58 and have had a lot of dogs large and small. I have had Bouviers, Saint Bernards, and working Alaskan Malamutes. I have had a lot of leads and sled dog equipment. Firstly, like all Malamute puppies my boy Cody chews.... Oh yeh. Somehow this lead has survived and looks completely unchewed. The multiple ways that you can use this lead with the various loops is really good. For instance i can quickly hook this up to my running belt without unscrewing the carribiner. I have quickly hooked my dog up to a tree whilst attending to my other dogs. I attach him to the kitchen table whilst he is in the house. Now he is bigger he now shows off his strength by pulling the table across the kitchen. It is the perfect dog training lead. Instance response when you want him at heel. It has proved to be stylish, incredibly durable, great to hold. Chew proof and multi functional. I have bought another today just so that I can keep one dry. This lead is easily worth 20 pounds when you compare it to some of the other rubbish out there or some of the latest fads (bungies) that do not offer the level of instant control that you get with this lead. Bungies are great as part of a harness. But not on the lead. When you pull on your lead to get control of your dog you want it instantly and not have the dog be able to stretch the lead or lurch forward. If you run with your dog, get a cani cross belt with a bungie hook up to a carabiner.A great investment. But if you want a good lead. GET THIS ONE.

Brilliant lead,
This is a second one of these leads I have bought the first one just was old and dirty and started to age but still in good condition. Bought a fresh one, it’s a shame they can’t design a water proof version of this lead as I like the different options the lead offers

Great quality lead
Brilliant quality well made adjustable lead. Works perfectly with the same brand harness. Great length at full length to let them explore. Or half it's length for walking at heal.

Great lead
Great to use with the matching harness. Nice and soft on the hands. Love that it can be used around the walkers waist, as a long lead or with the chest and back loops. Clips seem very sturdy all in all happy with my purchase

Great training lead. Very sturdy and has a few clips to adjust the length.
This is a great training lead. It has a few clips to reduce the size of the lead, so when initially training recall i extend to the maximum length then if any training required at a smaller distance ie walking to heel just reduce the size. It is very sturdy, clips are easy to attach. Can be attached to collar or harness. Came quickly and well packaged. I have now bought another one for my other dog.

Seems to reduce pulling
Seems quite sturdy and functional, when connected at the front and chest of a none Halti harness it does reduce pulling. I like that the lead can be used around the waist and in different positions. There is no particular handle grip but the lead itself is quite soft, so is comfortable to hold.
