I’m lactose intolerant and these work well for me. I always take 2 tablets just before eating or drinking anything that contains lactose, and they make a noticeable difference compared with taking nothing. Handy to keep in the house and good value for the strength. I’ll be buying them again.

I have tried a few different ones over the years but these seem pretty effective. Will be buying this brand for now onwards.

I have really bad IBS that I have to take stuff from the doctor as well as lactose intolerance. I have been trying mitigate the symptoms as much as possible. I was so very thrilled when I found Nature's Best Super Strength Lactase 9000! Over the last week I have been testing it to see how well it works. I tested cheese, yogurt and things like that. After I felt confident that it was working for me and how much was the right dose for me to take etc I decided to take the BIG TEST..... My final test was the "Ice Cream Test"! I had Ben and Jerry's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. I took two tablets before I had the ice cream and two more afterwards for good measure. I ended up eating only 1/4 of a pint... I did not want to push it lol. The results???? NOTHING!!!! Yes nothing happened!! For me, that is amazing. Normally I would be in agony, breaking out into a sweat excruciating pain, bloating, diarrhoea, the works. Now as with this and any other medication and supplements, everything works different for everyone. If you suffer with Lactose intolerance, it is certainly worth a try. I would recommend that you start with something small and work your way up.... see what works best for you. I would like to thank the makers and sellers of this product. These are the first pills I’ve tried since becoming lactose intolerant. The pills are nice to use as I take them with the meal I’m eating it it contains dairy; meaning there doesn’t need to be any pre-planning. I’ve found them taste-less and small enough to easily swallow. Since taking these with dairy, I’ve not seen any of the digestion issue that I was experiencing before hand. Price was okay as well, especially as I do not use these daily a supply lasts me awhile.

These work. I have IBS and am lactose intolerant. Last night I have mozzarella and ice cream, which would normally leave me in a world of pain. Because of these tablets I was fine. This will make a huge difference to eating out, which I normally dread. Thank you Nature’s Best.

Doesn't work as well as the last ones I had but they were also more expensive and stronger. I guess if u take 2 might work better but definitely not buying again

Good price, genuine article, excellent for lactose intolerant people like me. Can eat dairy if I take one of these a few minutes before consumption. Ice cream is back on the menu! Yay!😃
