As novice, I repotted my orchid with this kit without noticing the package label reading 'Cacti mix'. Is it ok/normal or do I need buy bark?

I'm afraid you will have to repot your orchid into a orchid bark mix .Most orchids that we grow in our homes have roots that help with photosynthesis which is why orchids need to be in clear plastic pots & in bark in a shallow bowl of pebbles. Cactus mix contains peat & loam so is not free draining enough unlike bark which has an open/airy texture.So unfortunatly your orchids will rot if left in it. Is everything included to repot my orchid or do I also need sphagnum moss? As bought a kit but only came with just Bark. 1st time repotting an orchid!

Last year I split my orchid for the first time. I used the two pots and bark supplied. I didn't need any moss. Cutting flowering beautifully.

The pot I currently have has 10cm internal diameter, c.11.5cm diameter inc lip. Will this pot be the right size to move up to for repotting? Thanks.

You do not want a pot that is too large, the small potting kit has pots that the internal measurement is 10.5 order number B00FBI9Y7G if your roots are quite contained and not too tightly confined, but if your roots are finding it too tight in present pot then this pot has an internal measurement of 13.3cm
