I placed an order for 2 of these jumpers to be delivered and only one has been delivered. How do I get the other one sent out to me?

Maybe wait to see if you get an email on the other one being dispatched and if that doesn’t come then I would just go to costumer service and send them an email about it :)

No. Zip is from top of collar but is only about 6 inches long.

Not sure where factory is, mine says made in uk.
