Is this supposed to have a tamper proof seal? Because mine didn't come with one.

No. That would be unhygienic. You use it then dispose of it

Do you have anything that i can use often to bring my natural lubrication back?

I have been using Balance Activ Menopause suppositories. They are brilliant . Use them the day before if possible or whenever required. Or you could use them daily till required. Its all about personal choice.
