49.18 - 10049 Brush, Stand and Bowl Set: Black

Bought a black leather washbag with a hanging loop for a relative last Christmas which was greatly admired I then decided to buy him a similar but taller leather wash bag and added a few shaving necessities for travelling. Not sure if he will use this whole set.We had lots of fun with our grandson aged three showing him how to use the shaving brush and letting him feel Daddy's chin after a proper wet shave.The little bowl is not made of pottery or porcelain so it can be dropped on the average floor - the stand is necessary to dry the brush hung up bristles down otherwise nasty mildew can form on the wood surface.November birthday brought a lot of tackle so Christmas may be bit bleaker on the gift front.Please also check out the leather two zipped compartment wash bag.

Excellent brush. Worked really well as my husband put it to the test as he hadn't shaved in 5 days. Smooth and clean shaven. No odour off brush at all. Recommend buying brush with stand and bowl as it is great for allowing it to air dry properly and no water damage to base of bristles. Nice sized brush. Red colour is lovely.

If you know anyone who uses shaving soap to shave rather than foam in a can etc., then this is perfect as a gift. Small, doesn't take up too much space on the bathroom shelf and looks great there too. Lovely red colour, simple no-fuss design.

It creates a great amount of soapy cream and makes shaving even easier.- pleasurable even

The brush is good quality but the stand is a bit flimsy and not sure how long it will last.

Really happy with this. Great results and quality. The only thing I would prefer is a less fiddly stand...its a bit "design over substance"
