I have been experiencing a lot of pain in my left elbow .... nothing seemed to ease it at all , so I looked around for a different approach and these straps were worth a try. I couldn't see how they could possibly help but I was wrong ! I put one on my arm and the pain went down to a level that was bearable at last! They're pretty well made , are quite comfortable and it worked for me!

Not overly impressed with this support. I feel it really redirects movement from the elbow to where the support braces the forearm. I have used a tennis elbow support before but this new design is just a bit too soft

These surprised me as they seem to help almost immediately with elbow pain (golfers elbow) and they do take the edge off of the pain and discomfort you feel. Really comfy to wear and well made.

I play squash and have done for 36 years. Not, I hasten to mention with any great skill but I'm reasonable. The problem is that my game has always been a power game and relies a lot on serving a screamer with the full intent of dislodging a brick in the court construction. The downside is of course that A. When I play a really good player my one dimensional game is a losing one and B. I suffer from tennis elbow if I overdo it. And that's a problem because if I can't serve an intimidating ball which will allow me to get into position I'm stuffed. Gotta know your limits and I know mine. So I've bought this thingy based upon recommendation and some internet searching. And it works - mostly. There's no point in saying it solves all the problems because I think the only way to do that is to not play, but it does have an effect and I'm definitely not suffering the dreaded tennis elbow to the same degree. Instead of a searing pain if I play a game a bit too vigorously, instead I seem to have a small niggle and, frankly, I can live with that. Now, the reason I bought this is because it was cheap. And honestly, from what I've read any of these types of bands work the same so there are only two considerations. Cost and quality. Well, quality is fine. Certainly, this will last long enough to become skanky and dumped well before it falls apart. Cost is the best I've found. In fact I'm going to buy a couple more to keep in stock because they are such good value and seem to work well.
