you should be able to put it back together

Q: Where do you get a replacement stainless steel handle once the thin metal rusts through, like wise the mop heads when these 3 wear down?

I think it is interchangeable with the O’Cedar Spin mop. Maybe Amazon, Ace or Ahmed Depot sells the parts.

Q: How does the bucket wring the mop head?

By spinning it creates centrifugal force that wrings out the mop head
