How well does it deal with pet hair

I have three dogs and three cats, all long-haired. It is scary how much this picks up! And the carpets look like new.

Does this have gaurantee?

Yes. I think it’s 2 years. I needed to replace a part and the after-sales service was superb. It was delivered the next day.

Will the gtech do stairs or do you have to buy a separate hand held one?

I use mine on the stairs. I just lock it in the upright position and run it over the stair carpet, works fine for me.

Is it good on hard with dog hair

From Peggy. I have a black cat which sheds his coat very often and yes, it picks up hairs but depending on the breed of your dog. It is good on hard floors. I am very pleased with the product.
