I expected it to do more than massage the temple, I thought it would have massage under the eyebrows and up cheek. Vibrations are not as strong. Its still has good quality and the app is good, but its just an expectation for the price, i thought it could do more. Buying one for less than $100 would probably do the same

Such a relief for headaches and just plain old stress. Several settings for what you need from migraine to help sleeping. The heat setting is awesome!

This is one of my favorite Therabody products. I put these on and I relax fast. It’s heat plus gentle pressure around your eyes and temples, with modes for relaxing, focus, or sleep. The app makes it even better with guided sessions and calming sounds. If you get screen fatigue or tension in your forehead/temples, these have been clutch for me.

My favorite feature is the warming heat. Overall this is a good tool for getting into relax mode. I think it’s a bit large, but I am smaller than average, and I think it might actually need to be this size to work property. Looking forward to taking it on a long flight!
