It is been a great addition to my diet routine. It’s gentle on the stomach and makes me feel refreshed every day.

I'm using this tea for about a week, 1 daytime tea every day and 1 nighttime tea every other night as advised. The taste is pleasant for both of them, does not give you the laxative effect however I have noticed that my cravings are more under control and I don't feel that much hungry during the day. Additionally I try to maintain healthy diet and uave planty of water during the day. Can't talk about results yet, but I definitely like that my appetite seem to be under control. I believe that I will purchase again in the future.

I was fully expecting this product to be a total waste of money. But it wasn’t! To be clear, I was not looking to lose weight, I wanted to feel a bit of a detox. The tea doesn’t taste awesome but you soon get used to it and I’ve grown to actually quite like it. The morning tea meant I felt ready to eat at about 10am. The evening tea - well id decided it was pointless to detox with a tea then eat after it, so I had it straight after dinner (therefore avoiding the occasional late night snack!). I felt lighter and brighter. I’d suggest for occasional use only, say an upcoming special event - wedding, holiday etc when you need a bit of a boost.

Only the nighttime tea detox came, not the daytime. I’m very annoyed I paid this money for a sketchy product. The most annoying things is I’ve had it before and know what it is meant to look like, so this one I don’t trust. The picture is deceiving.

Amazon have been helpful as they can be but I will say this does not come in the typical packaging and the actual bags the teabags are stored in were unsealed. The plastic lock was sealed but the bags weren't heat sealed so, I'm concerned this is not the real item. Also, I saw someone else was disgruntled about the amount of tea bags - you take the nighttime tea *every other night* and that is why you don't get as many as the daytime teabags. Good for cleansing and, in my case, getting away from that morning coffee routine. Weight loss? Not so much but like I said, I'm not sure this is even the real BooTea. Would love to know if anyone else had sealed bags? The taste is a lot weaker than I remember too but maybe I'm used to it, I don't know.

Really liked the aste. These aren’t a weight lose cure though. They definitely helped with keeping you ‘regular’, I had no bad side effects and because of the regularity I did have a flatter tummy because there was no bloating (which I suffer with). I think they’re good for that side of it, but you won’t lose weight unless you diet too.

AMAZING! Great product. I really like the flavour and I already feel much better. It makes me feel lighter while drinking it. Recommend it.
