My mom uses these for headaches and they seem to work really well for her. They also hold up over time and are comfortable to wear. This paired with an cold cap seem to work.

They are exactly as described, but the problem is that they don't conform to your face after being frozen. They just sit on your facial bones and don’t actually reach the skin under the eyes where they’re needed, unless you press them down and hold them in place. You’d be better off getting those squishy gel pads that are more pliable and can mold around your bone structure for a better cooling effect.
