(to remove use a warm damp cloth) Uni Posca Paint Markers are a very versatile tool, combining the rich opaque colour of poster paint - with the accuracy and convenience of a marker pen. Posca Pens are available in a wide range of colours with a choice of 7 nib styles - from Extra Fine, to Brush to Chisel. There is a dedicated POSCA website for the latest news, information and workshops. Uni Posca Paint Pens can be used on a huge variety of surfaces - click here for a PDF on extensive tests on 55 different materials showing permanence and compatibility. Instructions for use: Before use, shake the painter well with the cap closed. Press onto the tip repeatedly until the ink is visible in it (do not continue once the ink appears in the tip as this may overload it). Try using the painter on a piece of scrap paper first (not on the object to be painted until you are sure the flow is smooth). After use, close the cap well.

Put basically, it's paint in a pen that will write on anything..
I am a professional artist. - I would hate my life if i didn't have Posca pens! These pens are 100% the best of their kind. The tip is soft but not so soft that it breaks away after a few hours of use, the depth of the black paint rivals ink - which anyone painting on canvas will know is as dark as you'll get. They're lightweight and super versatile and whats best is you can draw with the nip pointed upwards (like on the ceiling etc) and the pen's fluidity isn't effected.i've used these to paint:CanvasesBrick wallsWindowsCardboardPut basically, it's paint in a pen that will write on anything..

I LOVE my Posca pens!
I LOVE my Posca pens! They are fantastic for vibrant detailed work. So far I've used them on stone and wood. I read another review which said that varnishing smudged the work but I varnished the table (see pictures) with no ill effects.

Beautiful and vibrant colors.
I recently purchased these for the kids to use and I think I have more fun using them than they do.I have found myself taking extra care of these and I don't let them out unless I am supervising especially when the toddler is about as she really likes to smash markers. These markers are lovely and vibrant. I spent some time using them on an adult coloring book and I couldn't put them down. Each marker is individually cello wrapped and each marker needs to be charged be shaking and pressing down.Take care however, if you shake too vigorously you may force too much paint to come out. This particular set is amazing value at under £15. The nibs are a medium size. There is a finer point sent with more colors, which I also purchased and love. Keep in mind that it is acrylic paint and therefore not permanent on all surfaces. It will wash away. On white paper thought it's lovely. I don' t think you will be disappointed with this set if you are just trying out this brand.

Excellent Quality, Work Superbly
As a rule paint and I just do not get along I find it a nightmare medium to use and usually end up with more paint on me than the project but I decided to try these for a sign making job I had to do and needed more control for words I had to paint.....I am already a big fan of Uni(ball) pens and mechanical pencils and pretty much anything made in Japan like these pens as the design and build quality is usually excellent and I was not disappointed these paint pens really are excellent and a dream to use even for someone that is less than delicate with their touch like me.The pens write / draw pretty much like any other normal ink pen which made them so easy to use as holding them like I would a pen and the ink just flowed beautifully. These of course need to be primed each time before use which pretty much means to shake it a bit. The paint colours are nice and vibrant and they do not fade or chip quickly even on my signs which are used outside.Granted these are a bit pricey but I believe they are worth the money and will buy again.

Great pens, vibrant colours
These pens are great, some colours do need an extra coat, like white and yellow and pink, but mostly they are really rather good. They don't smear when you apply varnish, and they dry quite fast. They are thin so you can do some detail work, but not too thin for filling in big areas. If you want to do super detailed work, you would need thinner though. All in all I love them

Quite amazing
The markers are quite amazing in texture and they dry very quickly. Being water based you can wipe off smudges for a perfect result. After drying, you can put a light colour on a dark colour with perfect results. I only used them to decorate porcelain/glass and I really loved the results. Too bad they wash off even after baking. I need to buy a seal-in varnish to fix the designs. The colours are quite vibrant and strong and somehow work well together.
